Booster Club Insurance Description
Provides Liability coverage to the Booster Club for meetings, banquets and fundraisers throughout the calendar year.
This is a Liability plan only; no accident medical insurance is provided
Coverage is in force for Booster Clubs where all players and coaches are members of US Lacrosse, or are insured through the US Lacrosse Non-Member Insurance Plan.
Premium: $100 + $50 Administrative fee (to US Lacrosse) = $150
Policy Term: Effective date: January 1st (or day after your premium is received by Bollinger).
Expiration date: December 31st.
This policy can not be cancelled by the booster club. Therefore, no premium refunds can be made, nor can premium be pro-rated for partial term coverage for clubs applying after January 1st.
